Went to the Elizabeth Street store today and it was excellent. The young lady who helped me was really knowledgeable and her service was great. Really nice store, well laid out and got everything we needed.

Karen was the so helpful today I still feel so happy we wandered in and asked for help. She could see we were rookies and had such wonderful patience and advice. I love this kind of old fashioned service and care thank you thank you!

Bit disappointed this time. Have used snowbiz previously Took 2 boards in . One for a wax and one for an edge and wax. Told we would be notified in 4 to 9 days when they ready . No phone call to say they were done . I rang to enquire as we are leaving this week and said they were done . When I picked them up I realised they have edged the wrong board of the two due to the sticker being marked incorrectly by the staff. and a very very ordinary wax job . Usually get them done overseas tho . Much better work. Don’t have time now will get them done when we get there . Lesson learnt I guess.

Great service, competitive prices even with online stores. Would recommend, girl with brown hair sorted me right out today be sure to hit her up if you ever need any ski/snow gear.
